Due to a large increase in work load we are recruiting a CNC Miller to join our prestigious client based North of York on a Permanent basis.
Successful candidates will ideally be time-served to ensure that jobs are manufactured in accordance with supplied technical drawings and specifications however those with demonstrable work experience will be considered.
Candidates will be required to work on number of multiple axis ( 3 /4 /5 axis) Mazak CNC Millers utilising Mazatrol controls.
Materials include Stainless, Aluminium, Brass and Bronze - occasionally other exotics
Hours – Monday – Thurs (Apply online only) / Friday (Apply online only)
Overtime available Monday to Saturday at x 1.5 / Sunday x2.0
The Ideal candidates will have :
-Experience working within a machine shop environment machining of both fabricated and cast components to fine tolerances
-The ability to Programme, Set and Operate a CNC Miller using Mazatrol controls
– The ability to read, understand and work to engineering drawings. overhead crane operating experience
Candidate Skills
-Ideally Time-served with demonstrable experience operating a CNC Miller , working to very tight tolerances.
– Experience using Fanuc/ Mazatrol controls
-Will have experience working on a range of materials including Stainless, Aluminium and Brass
