About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller – Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our dynamic and growing team. You will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC mills to produce high-precision components for the luxury gun and rifle industry.

Key Responsibilities: CNC Miller, Programmer, Setter

* Programming, setting, and operating Heidenhain CNC milling machines

* Working with tight tolerances and high-spec materials

* Ensuring all parts meet strict quality and performance standards

* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

* Collaborating with engineers and quality inspectors to maintain precision and efficiency

* Maintaining machines and ensuring a safe and clean working environment

What We’re Looking For: CNC Miller, Programmer, Setter

* Proven experience as a CNC Miller – Programmer/Setter/Operator

* Strong knowledge of 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining

* Familiarity with Heidenhain

* Background in Motorsport, F1, Aerospace machining preferred

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
