CNC Miller
Salary/Hourly Rate: £40,000 – 45,#####/£20-22 per hour
Location: Aldermaston
Hours: Flexible start and finish time (40 hours per week)
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Permanent, Full Time
The successful applicant will need to have Hurco CNC machining experience, and you will be producing small batch parts for a variety of industries including the Aerospace industry.
CNC Miller Requirements:
To produce one off/small batch parts
Set/Operate and program (at the machine)
Self-inspection
Multiple tool changes per shift
Working to tight tolerances +/-0.025
CNC Miller Requirements:
To be able to Set, Operate and Program 3 Axis milling machines, ideally with Hurco.
To be able to program Hurco mills.
Can debur and self-inspect working using hand tools.
To have a good knowledge of tooling specification and cutting data.
Previous experience in a sub-contract machine shop
Be confident with programming CNC Mills (Hurco)
