CSG is excited to partner with a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company that is shaping the future of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). As their CMC Manager , you will be at the forefront of innovation, leading ADC programs through the IND/CTA process to bring life-changing therapies to patients.
Your Impact
In this dynamic role, you will:
Spearhead the progression of ADCs through the IND/CTA process and into clinical trials.
Collaborate closely with research and discovery teams to advance early-stage ADC programs.
Select and manage third-party CDMOs for ADC development and manufacturing.
Provide scientific and strategic guidance to internal teams and external CDMO partners.
Lead the authoring of Module 3 IND applications with regulatory precision.
Offer expertise in conjugation technologies, linkers, payload selection, and ADC formulation .
Drive innovation by advising on emerging ADC technologies and industry advancements.
