Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage a caseload of clinical negligence claims, with full supervision and support
Assist on more complex and high-value matters handled by senior solicitors
Conduct case planning, investigations and evidence gathering
Ensure compliance with clinical negligence pre-action protocols
Issue and serve legal proceedings and manage litigation through to trial
