Job Title: Client Services Manager
Location: Hybrid working with commutable distance to Portsmouth or London
We're looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to join a growing team that supports IT services across a wide client base. You'll be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring service delivery meets expectations and issues are handled professionally and promptly. Visiting London and Portsmouth weekly, you will be working closely with clients on site as well as working with the warehouse in Portsmouth to understand hardware requirements.
What you'll be doing:
Act as the bridge between the customer and internal teams
Manage customer relationships and expectations across service delivery
Monitor service levels, resolve satisfaction issues, and provide regular updates and reports
Work alongside delivery and technical teams to implement new services
Identify opportunities to improve service and strengthen client relationshipsWhat we're looking for:
Strong background in service delivery or operational support roles
Confident communicator who can manage stakeholders at all levels
Skilled in reporting, coordination, and problem resolution
Able to mentor others and promote best practices
Comfortable working across departments and adapting to changing priorities
