You'll be the voice of the client internally and the face of the company externally. You'll take ownership of the post-sale journey, ensuring client outcomes are met and exceeded, while helping the business grow through insight, influence, and high-impact conversations.
About the Role
* Title: Client Relationship Manager
* Role: Permanent, Full time
* Location: Pulford, near Chester
* Salary: Up to £35K per annum

Responsibilities
* Own and manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and renewals
* Build deep, consultative relationships with key client stakeholders
* Understand client goals and align service delivery to meet those objectives
* Identify upsell opportunities and work closely with the commercial team to convert them
* Use data to track client success metrics and report on account health
* Troubleshoot issues, resolve concerns, and provide strategic solutions
* Deliver regular business reviews and performance updates to clients
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client feedback shapes service delivery
* Hit and exceed client retention and growth targets
