Thanks to the fantastic work of our current team & the ever-growing client base we’re lucky enough to work with, we’re looking for an ambitious, tenacious & studious individual to support our growing client base.You’ll be joining the Client Relationship Team; they’re the team who are fixated on providing comprehensive, personable & pro-active support to all the recruitment start-up businesses that we work with & support. Think account management, but far more varied, empathetic & personal.A salary between £30,000 - £35,000Genuine Hybrid Working& when you're not in your back bedroom, you’ll be based at Isotope HQ in sunny (well, 38% of time) BerkhamstedWhat’s the real hallmark of a successful recruitment agency? Relationships are the foundation of every successful recruitment start-up we’re lucky enough to work with, which is why we are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to continue to provide that unique balance of re-active & pro-active support in every guise to the agencies we support.Like all great relationships, each has a beginning; so how about we tell you a little bit about us & where we hope you might fit?Isotope Capital are a friendly, humble & experienced bunch who identify motivated & enthusiastic recruiters who are looking to run their own recruitment agencies & offer a free launch platform followed by exceptional ongoing support & backing in exchange for an annually descending percentage of that new companies billings over a 4 year period. Part of that fantastic offering is the commitment to support our recruitment business owners in providing support & assistance to these individuals as they navigate through the journey that is, business ownership. Everything from project managing the launch of their brand new recruitment agency with Isotope to providing effective client support as they progress through their startup journey with Isotope - that’s the job of the team here at Isotope.Your opportunity…Your role within the Client Relationship team would be two-fold; on the one hand, you’d be effectively project managing the launch of each brand new recruitment agency we work with. & then, once that business has been successfully launched, you’d work with your own portfolio of clients to ensure they are receiving all the support they require from Isotope in every way.You will have a chance to work with your own growing portfolio of clients who will need your practical advice, moral support & words of encouragement to help them as they run their own recruitment business. You will draw encouragement from the fact that this is real business support, given to real people, in their "very real" recruitment businesses.This is not a reactive role; you won’t be twiddling your thumbs waiting for things to happen - instead you’ll be wanting to provide effective & proactive support to your portfolio of clients who will be looking to for advice, support & guidance as they grow their recruitment agencies.Your skillset…You will no doubt come from an account management background. Perhaps you’ll have worked with a portfolio of clients before, providing them with support in whatever market/vertical you happened to be in; perhaps account management & client relations is an area you know well & you’d love the idea of now supporting recruiters in their own recruitment businesses & having the opportunity to make a tangible & visible difference to the direction of their business at every moment.You may have a good understanding of the recruitment world already. Heck, you may have already supported recruitment businesses in some guise. Perhaps you’ve working in the recruitment industry or the RecTech space prior; perhaps you’ve worked with back office funding, payroll or even the world of Umbrella & already know a thing or two about how best to deal with fantastic recruiters looking at growing their own agencies.It’s a role that requires personality, proactiveness & the patience to listen to our clients, understand what they want, the challenges they are currently facing & take an undiluted pro-active approach in helping. All while adding your own unique & professional input that will, well & truly, help that business grow. You will be process driven & appreciate that there is a clear method of effectively launching a recruitment business, while simultaneously being nimble to the ever changing demands & challenges our clients face.You’ll be pretty talented in managing a variety of processes at different stages.
