Client Relations Executive
Northampton – site based
£26,000 + bonus (typically 5% - 15% of annual salary)
Hours - 40 Monday -Friday

As a Client Relations Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries via phone and webchat. You'll qualify and direct queries to the relevant internal team while ensuring each client receives an efficient and professional experience. This role also involves promptly contacting inbound leads, confirming their details, and passing them on to the appropriate Account Manager.

Duties

Answer incoming calls and webchat enquiries, directing them to the appropriate team.
Qualify inbound leads and progress them through the correct channels.
Keep the CRM system updated with accurate lead information and notes.
Support with Trustpilot and Google review requests.
Assist in handling straightforward compliance and complaint resolution tasks (following training)
Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team, including Compliance and OperationsThe Candidate

Ideally degree-educated or minimum A-Levels at grade CCC or above
Previous experience in Customer Service, Administration, Sales Support, or Account Management is desirable.
Clear and confident communication skills both verbally and in writing
Comfortable working at pace and able to screen enquiries quickly and accurately.
Confident telephone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally webchat or similar tools
Personable, friendly, and naturally confident
Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail
Enthusiastic, proactive, and organised
Able to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to learn and grow within the business
