We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Client Coordinator to join our clients thriving team in Stoke-on-Trent!
Your Role:
As a Client Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our Customer Relations team. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming calls and emails from clients, addressing product inquiries and queries
Processing sales orders using our Sage database
Building rapport and determining customers' requirements
Performing general administration duties
Working towards daily targets, KPIs, and monthly sales objectives
Making proactive sales calls to new, existing, and dormant customers
Following up on leads and maintaining the CRM system
Cross-selling and upselling products when opportunities arise
Proactively chasing outstanding quotes and maximising additional business
Researching new projects and leads
Supporting our dedicated Regional Sales ManagersWhat We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Previous sales and customer service experience
A positive, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
Good relationship-building abilities
General administration and Microsoft skills
Attention to detail and strong negotiation skills
A polite and friendly telephone manner
