Your Duties & Responsibilities include:
* Client Acquisition from Advisers
* Due Diligence and Client Evaluation
* Servicing Disputes and Adviser Queries
* Adviser Payment Queries and Uplift Requests
* Weekly Reporting and Tracking
You will need:
* Strong communication skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Knowledge of MS Office products, such as Excel and Word
* Show excellent attention to detail.
* Working towards set deadlines or targets.
* Ideally experience in handling adviser-related payment queries, uplift requests, and servicing disputes
* Quality check work or have worked to set quality scores.
* An interest in working within financial services/pensions.
* Managed your own workload
