Location -Station House, Station Road, Hexham, Northumberland, NE461EZ.
Duration - 3 months with role being advertised for permanency in near future.
Hours of Work - 07:30-14:30 Monday - Friday
General day to day duties include:
Timesheet filing and counter checking against rosters,
Overtime authorisations and liaising with team organiser and engineers for confirmation.
HAVS record sheets and filing
Filing and scanning/ confirmations of various inspection forms such as pesticide application, Access point inspection.
Assist with notetaking and filing of interview paperwork.
Annual leave requests, Counterchecking against rostered staff, Lieu leave balances & Training booked as well as updating plan with roster times.
Assist with roster build by providing info of leave, training, Courses etc.
Liaise with the team to see what requirements they have for PPE or miscellaneous equipment.
