Are you an experienced Class 2 Building Control Surveyor looking for your next contract role? We're working with a London Borough seeking a skilled surveyor to join their Building Control team on an interim basis.
The Role:
Carrying out plan checks and site inspections across a variety of residential and commercial projects.
Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and associated legislation.
Liaising with developers, contractors, and members of the public.
Providing professional advice and maintaining high levels of service delivery.

What We're Looking For:
Proven Building Control experience (local authority or private sector).
Class 2 registration with the Building Safety Regulator.
Solid understanding of current Building Regulations and practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
