Class Teacher – Colchester, Essex – £130–£200 per day

Your Role as a Primary Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Create a nurturing, stimulating classroom environment that encourages learning
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support as needed
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Maintain a safe and supportive classroom, promoting behaviour for learning

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting
• Strong knowledge of the UK Primary Curriculum
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A positive, reflective, and resilient approach to teaching
• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
