My client is looking for a bike-loving Junior Claims Advisor to support customers through the insurance claims process. This unique role combines customer service with hands-on mechanical work, making it ideal for someone who's comfortable around bikes and confident talking to people.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting customers through their claims journey with empathy and professionalism
Stripping and rebuilding bikes to assess damage as part of the claims process
Handling admin tasks like sales orders, dispatches, salvage, and third-party recovery
Keeping accurate records and updating internal systems
Spotting suspicious claims and escalating potential fraud
Being part of a team that genuinely cares about cycling and customer experience
What We're Looking For
A genuine passion for cycling and bikes-this is a must!
Someone who's comfortable in both the workshop and on the phone
Great problem-solving and communication skills
Organised, calm under pressure, and eager to learn
