We're seeking a dedicated Registered Manager with leadership experience in residential childcare who's ready to provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for some of Nottinghamshire's most vulnerable children.

What you'll need:

Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted frameworks
Proven leadership and team management skills
A caring, solution-focused mindset
