Who are you?

We're looking for a driven and experienced Team Manager. This role requires proven experience in managing teams, specifically within a court setting and within the public law sector.

  • Experience as a Team Manager or Assistant Team Manager.
  • Experience in court team work.
  • Registration with Social Care Wales.

What will you be doing?

As a Team Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied and challenging. You will be leading and motivating your team, ensuring cases are handled efficiently and effectively. You'll be working closely with other professionals and stakeholders to provide comprehensive services.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Court Specialist/Public Law team.
  • Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure that all team members are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, such as courts and other agencies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and performance.
