Who are you?

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Childcare Support Worker. You must be a caring individual with a genuine passion for supporting children.

• Right to work in UK
• Minimum 6 months of experience working with children in learning disabilities and other mental health issues
• Full UK driving license and access to a car, flexible to travelling within carlisle and west cumbria
• PMVA, mandatory training certificates, Peg Feeding [Optional]
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality care

What will you be doing?

As a Childcare Support Worker, your typical day will involve providing a range of care services tailored to each child's individual needs.

• Providing personal care, including assistance with hygiene and dressing
• Planning and implementing engaging activities
• Administering medication as prescribed
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with families and other professionals
