We’re looking for a caring and experienced Deputy Manager to support children aged 4–18 with Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities in a warm, countryside home near Stoke-on-Trent. The home is Ofsted-rated “Good” and offers a supportive, family-style environment.
What You’ll Do:

Support and lead staff in delivering therapeutic, child-focused care
*
Help manage day-to-day operations and ensure safeguarding
*
Use creative tools like Makaton and visual aids to communicate
*
Work shifts with some office-based hours
What You’ll Need:
*
Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
*
1+ year experience in residential childcare
*
Manual UK driving license
