Who are you?

We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Children and Families Social Worker who is ready to embrace a challenging yet rewarding role. You'll be a key member of our team, working alongside other professionals to provide the best possible care for vulnerable children and their families.

• SSSC registration is required.
• PVG membership is essential.
• Proven experience in child and family social work.
• Full driving license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What will you be doing?

As a Children and Families Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied and fulfilling. You'll be involved in all aspects of case management, from initial assessments to developing and implementing care plans.

• Conduct thorough assessments of children and families' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, teachers, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
• Work efficiently and effectively within a demanding environment.
