Responsibilities: Conducting thorough assessments of children at risk.
Developing and implementing child protection plans.
Working collaboratively with other agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
Providing support and guidance to families.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Participating in regular supervision and team meetings.
Requirements: Significant experience working within child protection.
Relevant Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work).
HCPC registration is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a demanding workload.
