As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our senior leadership team and drive our operational success.Job Summary: The COO will lead the operations of The Good Care Group, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centred in-home care services. You will work closely with business directors to define and execute our strategic operational plan, driving client base development, resource retention, and business growth through organic development and acquisitions.
