Process Operative-Chemical manufacturing

Days and Night shifts, 12hr shifts

Please note: This shift pattern is 4on/4off, weekends and bank holidays will be part of your shift pattern. You MUST be able to work both Days and Nights

Our ideal candidate:

An experienced process operative from a chemical manufacturing, COMAH site, essential
Familiar with COSHH, Risk assessments and Health & Safety, essential
Possess a IOSH Qualification, essential
GMP Knowledge
Excellent communication skills
The ability to troubleshoot and monitor equipment
FLT licence-advantageous, desirable
In your role as a Process Operative:

Operate chemical equipment
The use of vacuum systems, nitrogen and control panels
Undertaking distillations, separations, transfers, filtrations, and powder handling
Manufacture products to specified procedures, following detailed instruction
Monitor of chemical reactions and adjust
Record process data
Perform safety checks
Maintenance of equipment
Follow all Health & Safety and GMP regulations
