Duties and Responsibilities for the role of Chef
* Deliver daily kitchen service and food standards
* Work as a team to deliver and follow all safe working standards
* Help manage inventory and kitchen purchasing needs
* Ensure daily logs and schedules are adhered to
* Operate to hygiene standards at all times
* Ensure services are delivered as smoothly as possible
* Prepare of End of day procedure
Personal Specification for the role of Chef
* Must have 2 years of experience in a Chef role previously
* Must be able to operate and flourish under fast-paced scenarios
* It is essential that the candidate has strong communication skills
* Ability to coach and teach others would be highly desirable
