My Client, a country pub in the Worcester (WR6) area is looking to recruit a Chef on a Permanent basis
This could suit a Head Chef who is looking to work less hours (38 per week over 4 days) or a Sous Chef looking to gain some additional responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the job includes
- manage kitchen operations
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development
- Supervise food production
- Manage inventory and control costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Address operational issues and equipment malfunctions promptly
- Implement strategies to optimize food costs, waste reduction, and profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction.
The salary on offer is up to £30,000
