We are looking for a Senior Waiter (Chef De Rang) for an award-winning Hotel. The right candidate will support the F&B Manager in helping deliver a truly exceptional, guest-led experience within all F&B activities. You will ideally hold the following experience:
Working in a similar role in a luxury hotel setting
High-volume F&B experience
Guest focused and obsessed with 5* guest experience
Experience in wine/bar/cocktail service
A meticulous eye for detail
Highly adaptable with a forward-thinking approach to creating truly memorable guest experiences
Hourly rate of £12.40, rising to £12.60 after one years service, plus a share of the service charge and gratuities.
