The Perle Oban Hotel & Spa is hiring a Chef de Partie to join their team. This is a seasonal contract, and you will be working up to 40 hours a week, Monday through Sunday, 5 days out of 7.
At the Oban Brasserie we serve locally sources seafood, steaks and burgers. You will also be involved in menu design and purchasing. You should have a passion for good quality, fresh product and an understanding that service is critical to establishing your kitchen reputation as the best in the area.
As a Chef de Partie, we seek candidates who are guest-focused and dedicated to creating memorable culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that all health and safety procedures in a kitchen adhere to the highest standards.
