\n Duration: 2 months initially, may be extended
\n Duties:
\n Assisting team of chefs in preparing and serving healthy snacks and lunches,
Working to specifications, quality, hygiene and health & safety standards,
Food preparation, stock replenishment and rotation,
Cleaning and washing up.
\n Experience:
\n Must have previous catering experience, preferably within a high volume environment.
Must have a valid Food Safety certificated, relevant catering qualifications are an advantage.
DBS clearance is preferred however will be processed for the right candidate.
Must be able to work well within a team environment, to instruction.
\n Salary: £13.00 per hour worked

\n Contracts Manager (Highways)
\n Industry: Civil Engineering/ Infrastructure
\n Location: Isle of Wight
\n Hours: 40 hours per week
\n Days: Monday - Friday
\n Duration: Permanent
\n Duties:
\n Delivery of Contract in line with agreed budgets and performance standards,
Responsible for managing supervisory staff and overseeing management of maintenance teams across 2 sites and developing performance,
Ensure adherence to health and safety including monthly audits,
Ensure effective programming and planning to meet service delivery agreements,
Ensure financial governance and efficient reporting,
Maintain relationships with stakeholders and manage subcontractors and supply chain partners,
\n Subsidised Ferry travel available. Role may be able to work 2 days per week from home long term but initial training will require the candidate to be island based.
\n Experience:
\n Must have previous experience of management within the highway maintenance industry and relevant qualifications to a minimum of level 3 plus NRSWA Supervisor accreditation.
Must have a good level of computer literacy including Confirm, Kheops or equivalent.
Must have experience of cost management and good reporting skills,
Must have strong understanding of health and safety, qualify and environmental issues, with excellent attention to detail and initiative.
Must be proactive, with excellent communication and leadership skills as well as being able to work flexibly and as part of a team.
\n Salary: £48 - 55,000 per annum, dependent upon experience plus 10% bonus and company car/ car allowance.
