The Setting:
This isnt your average kitchen. You'll be working in a beautifully restored Grade II listed Victorian mansion , surrounded by rolling countryside. The venue hosts everything from luxury weddings and retreats to corporate events all requiring exceptional food and presentation.
The Role:
As Chef de Partie , youll be a vital part of the kitchen team, working under experienced leadership to deliver top- tier dishes made from seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Youll take ownership of your section, maintain high standards, and support junior chefs.
Key Responsibilities:
Run and manage your section during service
Prepare and present dishes to a high standard
Contribute ideas to menus and seasonal offerings
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
Support the training and mentoring of junior staff
What Youll Need:
At least 1 year of experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role
Passion for fresh, high- quality food and modern cooking techniques
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
A team- oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
