Chef/Cook required for busy city centre venue in Inverness

Were on the lookout for a reliable and experienced Chef to join the kitchen team at our town centre venue , one of Invernesss most iconic pubs known for its buzzing atmosphere, hearty traditional food, and live Scottish music. As one of our Chefs, youll play a vital role in delivering our well-loved pub classics to a high standard. Working closely with the Head Chef, youll help lead day-to-day kitchen operations and often take the reins during shifts, including some lone working , especially in daytime or quieter periods. From prep and service to hygiene and communication with front-of-house, youll be hands-on and involved in every part of a smooth-running kitchen. This role may also occasionally involve providing cover at other kitchens within our growing group of Inverness venues offering variety, flexibility, and the chance to build experience across different teams and menus.
