Job Title: Chartered Building Surveyor

Location: Manchester

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

We are working with an expanding Building Surveying team in Manchester and seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to contribute to their continued success. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects, build client relationships, and develop your career within a dynamic consultancy.

Key Responsibilities for the Chartered Building Surveyor

Support business development and company growth
Lead and develop project briefs with clients and senior colleagues
Maintain and strengthen client relationships
Conduct site surveys, including measured surveys, condition surveys, and defect analysis
Assist with project finances, recruitment, mentoring, and team leadership
Prepare designs, specifications, and tender documentation
Administer building contracts (JCT & NEC)
Provide professional surveying services
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants

Requirements for the Chartered Building Surveyor

MRICS Chartered status
RICS-accredited degree or equivalent
Experience in commercial, healthcare, or educational properties (public or private sector)
Full UK Driving Licence
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or REVIT
