Change Management consultant needed by my global organisation. We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support a high-impact, enterprise-wide Infrastructure and Technology Transformation programme. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams—including programme delivery, infrastructure, business units, and security—to ensure change is delivered smoothly, strategically, and with people at the centre.
You’ll support the business change lead in rolling out multiple parallel change initiatives under a broader infrastructure portfolio. These include upgrading end-user devices, implementing Windows 11, enhancing data classification policies, and improving security protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery and Implementation
* Support the design and execution of the change strategy across the transformation programme.
* Translate complex technical initiatives into business-friendly change plans and communications.
* Own and deliver tactical change tasks (communications, stakeholder mapping, engagement planning, etc.).
* Drive adoption for changes such as device upgrades, new operating systems, data management practices, and cybersecurity protocols.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Act as a liaison between programme and business teams.
* Build trusted relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Support key stakeholder workshops and act as a sounding board for impacted teams.
Change Analysis & Planning
* Work with the business change lead to conduct impact assessments and readiness activities.
* Identify risks, blockers, and enablers related to user adoption.
* Document and track change plans, benefits, and outcomes using governance templates and tools.
Communications & Training
* Support the development of engaging communication materials tailored to varied audiences.
* Draft FAQs, executive updates, and user guides.
* Work with HR and L&D teams to embed training needs where applicable.
Requirements
Essential Experience
* 5+ years of experience in business change or organisational change management, ideally with experience in IT/Infrastructure environments.
* Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-moving settings.
* Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – with an ability to simplify complexity.
* Experience working in or with small, agile teams and driving forward delivery with minimal handholding.
