POSITION: Change Lead
DEPARTMENT: Ultimate Finance Strategic Delivery
RESPONSIBLE TO: Head of Strategic Delivery
LOCATION: Nationwide (the successful applicant must be able to commute to one of our offices in either Bristol, Lutterworth, Edinburgh or Manchester twice a week). Hybrid and flexible work options available.

We have a fantastic opportunity in our fast-paced Strategic Delivery team for an experienced Change lead. This is a high profile and exciting opportunity that would ideally suit someone with solid project management experience, although the role touches all elements of change management, and the primary focus is on ensuring initiatives are aligned with business priorities through robust planning, stakeholder engagement, and governance.
