Carpenter Multi required - domestic property maintenance
Responsibilities:
Undertaking planned kitchen maintenance and related remedial works
Ideally from a Carpentry background but with experience of the following an advantage
Basic Plumbing, patch repairs, tiling.
Working in both tennanted void properties
Striving for Customer satisfaction & interaction to the highest levelsRequirements:
Time Served/NVQ qualified Carpenter or Tradesman
Full tool set
Full driving licence
