Caretaker

Part Time Mainteannce Caretaker/Handyman Required To Work With Leading Dundee Based Housing Association.

My client requires an experienced and professional student accomodation caretaker 2 days per week, for a 2 week period.

Work will include very basic repair work, removing rubbish, compliance checks, cleaning and general caretaker tasks.

Hours: 09:00-16:00 Thursdays and Fridays. (30 min lunch break)

Location: Dundee, DD2

Duration: 2 weeks

Pay rate: £14.10 per hour (Paid weekly)

Requirements:

Relevant experience - handyman, labouring, caretaking or cleaning

Complete admin/audit records

Reliable and hard working
