Care Worker – Adult Services – Gloucester  Are you a passionate dedicated Care Worker looking for your next role?4Recruitment Services are recruiting for Care Workers to work in a busy Adult Social Care service based across Gloucester.  Pay Rates : £13.00 - £15.50 per hour (Rates are dependant of shift type Umbrella Rates)   Information on the Role Successful candidates will be offered different shift patterns.   What you will be doing: Work collaboratively with colleagues across Adult Social Care In-House services to ensure continuity of care.
Support individuals with all aspects of their day-to-day living as detailed in the care plan.
Promote the health and wellbeing of individuals, ensuring all care needs are met.
Monitor and respect back on the progress of individuals both verbally and in writing as required.
Protect individuals from abuse and avoidable harm.
Be aware of Corporate and departmental policies and procedures and follow these. Adhering to all health and safety instructions and risk assessments to ensure the safety of individuals and colleagues.
Participate in supervision and appraisals.
Undertale suitable training and other opportunities for staff development as directly by the line manager.
