Care Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a Care Manager to lead one home supporting two individuals, with the exciting opportunity to help open a new annex and bungalow on the same site. You’ll lead a team including a Deputy Manager, Team Leader, and Support Workers, ensuring high-quality care for people with Autism, ADHD, PTSD, and learning or mental health disabilities.

What We’re Looking For

*

At least 1 year as a Care Manager, Deputy Manager, or Senior Team Leader

*

NVQ Level 3/4 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 preferred, not essential)

*

Full UK driving licence
