What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a healthcare or care home setting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A strong understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
• The ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• A deep sense of empathy, patience, and a commitment to delivering the best care possible.
