As a Care Assistant, your role will include:

* Supporting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)

* Assisting individuals with limited mobility or additional needs

* Providing emotional and physical support

* Monitoring residents’ well-being and reporting concerns

* Helping with mealtimes and promoting independence

* Supporting social activities and daily routines

* Maintaining a clean, safe and respectful environment

What You’ll Need

* A caring, kind and respectful approach

* Great communication and teamwork skills

* Willingness to learn – no experience required!

* Ability to commute or relocate to Grantham
