We’re on the lookout for a sharp, creative and technically confident camera op/editor to join our growing production team. This is a hybrid role split between filming on set (with producers and DOPs) and cutting high-quality branded content back in the edit suite.
Nicely Done is a high-end video and animation agency based in central Reading, working with brands like Amazon, Vodafone and Canon. We make internal films, explainer videos, social content, interviews and promos - and we take pride in doing it all really, really well.

What you’ll be doing

Shooting interviews and B-roll on set, often as part of a small crew
Setting up basic lighting (we’ll teach you the rest if needed)
Operating a gimbal confidently on location
Editing branded content, case study films and social cutdowns
Colour grading to a clean, professional standard - ideally with experience at using Resolve
Helping manage and prep kit (we shoot on REDs and Canons)
Working closely with producers and creative leads from brief to final delivery
