Location: Colchester, Essex

Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum (DOE) + 10% commission override (uncapped)

Pin Point Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading national property services provider as they grow their contact centre operations. We’re currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Call Centre Team Leader to join their dynamic team based in Colchester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a team-focused, target-driven professional with a background in sales, or contact centres to step into a rewarding leadership role.

As Call Centre Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 10 sales agents in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll take the lead on performance management, coaching, and team development, while ensuring high standards of service and delivery.

Call Centre Team Leader Job Role:

* Lead, coach, and support a team of sales professionals to exceed KPIs and generate new business opportunities

* Foster a positive, high-performance culture with clear expectations and accountability

* Deliver ongoing training and development tailored to individual and team needs

* Liaise closely with internal stakeholders across regional branches

* Complete key managerial tasks including performance reviews, 1:1s, and return-to-work meetings

* Manage team workflow and ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards

* Play a key role in onboarding and mentoring new starters

Call Centre Team Leader Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday shifts (9am–6pm and 11am–8pm) + 1 in 3 Saturdays (with a day off in lieu)

Call Centre Team Leader Skills Required:

* Previous experience in a sales, or contact centre management role

* Proven ability to lead a team in a target-driven environment

* A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

* Commercially aware with a focus on results and client satisfaction

* High levels of professionalism, integrity, and a can-do attitude

* Confident decision-maker and problem-solver

* Enthusiastic about coaching, development, and continuous improvement
