In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and/or outbound calls to resolve queries, provide information, and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional manner

Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding products or services

Resolve customer enquiries and complaints quickly and effectively

Log all calls and customer interactions accurately in the internal system

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets including call quality and customer satisfaction

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary

Work collaboratively with colleagues and departments to improve customer service delivery

Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
