Are you a night owl looking for a rewarding role in a dynamic environment? We’re looking for a dedicated, professional and customer-focused individual to join our clients team as Night Shift Call Centre Operative. The working shift is 4 on 4off and the hours are 10pm to 8am or 9pm to 7am

As part of a team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and resolving problems and inquiries.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle high volume inbound customer calls efficiently and professionally

• Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Maintain high standards of customer service

• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken

• Work effectively as part of a team

Ideal candidate:

• Strong communication skills

• Previous call centre experience

• Must be computer literate

• Self-motivated and resilient

• Professional manner

• Comfortable working night shifts
