As part of a team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and resolving problems and inquiries.
Key responsibilities:
• Handle high volume inbound customer calls efficiently and professionally
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken
• Work effectively as part of a team

• Strong communication skills
• Previous call centre experience
• Must be computer literate
• Self-motivated and resilient
• Professional manner
• Comfortable working night shifts
