Job Description CAD Technician MEP – (Building Services Design)

£32k to £36k + Excellent Benefits
MEP / Building Services Design / Consultancy / Revit Technician / Revit Technician MEP / AutoCAD Technician
This CAD Technician role is to join a busy, growing engineering consultancy, where you will be part of a close knit team of engineers working on a range of sectors including healthcare and commercial. It’s a team of conscientious engineers who have created a friendly supportive working environment, where you’ll feel at home from day one.
The Role
The role will involve providing CAD Technician support to the M&E team.
Develop M&E scheme designs to detail design stage using Auto Cad working alongside mechanical and electrical design engineers.
Produce working drawing packages for tender and construction purposes to the required standard.
Follow industry drafting standards and ensure high-quality, accurate work.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to facilitate designs.
Assist in managing and organizing CAD files and project documentation.
Working directly with the engineers you will be able to manage & prioritise you own workload.
