We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Womenswear Fashion Buyer to join new premium fashion brand. THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE RELOCATION TO SAUDI ARABIA.Job DescriptionThe Womenswear Fashion Buyer will play a crucial role in shaping the product offerings and driving the business forward. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and selecting a range of products that meet the brand’s aesthetic, quality standards, and market demands. Their keen eye for fashion trends, negotiation skills, and market analysis will be essential in ensuring the product lines are both competitive and innovative.Key ResponsibilitiesTrend Analysis: Researching and identifying current and upcoming fashion trends to inform product selection.Product Selection: Sourcing and selecting a variety of womenswear items that align with the brand’s image and customer expectations.Supplier Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate the best prices, quantities, and delivery schedules.Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels and making recommendations for reorders, promotions, and markdowns to optimize inventory turnover and profitability.Sales Analysis: Analyzing sales data to assess product performance and make data-driven decisions on future purchases.Collaboration: Working closely with the design, marketing, and retail teams to ensure cohesive product assortments and successful product launches.Budget Management: Managing the buying budget to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a fashion buying role, preferably within womenswear.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.Skills:Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform decisions.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.In-depth knowledge of the fashion industry and market trends.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and buying/planning software.
