Our people are Heroes We think our people here at Samworth Brothers are the best out there! So, lets talk about them first. We are constantly in awe of their dedication to get the job done and the commitment they show. We are also super proud of having such a multicultural team of welcoming, spirited people who look out for each others interests and thrive on getting the job done but having fun doing it. In fact, half of our people have been with us for more than 5 yearsand many a lot longer than that. They all have the same mission in mind to keep our lines running and to be truly proud of what goes out the door. No matter the challenge, they all come together. because thats what families do. So whats the job all about? Work as part of a team on a production line, handle pork cuts, cut and debone meat, trim and de-skin meat using knives and machinery.
Work safely at all times and adrere to company health and safety standards whilst performing regular lifting, pushing and pulling tasks.
