To provide project, logistical, client and administrative support in order to meet and exceed Business and Customer requirements.This is an independent role, reporting directly to both the General Manager and Director.Key responsibilitiesTo be the first point of contact for customer requests/queriesTo book, schedule and logistically plan jobs for the Field TechniciansLiaise with team members, Service Engineers and all internal departmentsAnswering incoming calls and managing outbound calls to customers, other departments and third partiesAssist with quotations and quote amendmentsGeneral office adminUpdating the in-house system accordingly to ensure business efficiencyFinalising job details ready for invoicingOverseeing job sheets are updated and maintainedCollating information and producing reportsEnsure full compliance at all times with quality management systems and Health and Safety systems to meet the requirements of all company and external standards as appropriateExperience and QualificationsPrevious experience working within a small office environmentPrevious experience planning jobs or overseeing various projectsKey attributesGood at problem-solvingDedicated to delivering high levels of service to internal and external customersReliable, determined and hard workingExcellent communication skills both written and verbalAble to multi-task and meet the demands of the jobSelf motivated with the drive to go the extra mileWe currently have 4,082 live graduate jobs and we're adding more all the time.
