We’re working with a fast-growing, small business that’s making a big impact—and they’re looking for an Business Operations Coordinator to join their close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is motivated by enabling others to succeed.

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both internal operations and an expanding international network of franchisees. From streamlining supply chain processes to being a go-to contact for franchise partners, you’ll be pivotal in helping the business scale effectively and sustainably.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Assisting the Operations Director with day-to-day business operations and supply chain activities

* Managing your own operations duties.

* Acting as a key point of contact for international franchisees—responding to queries, supplying information, and helping them access the tools they need

* Building strong working relationships across the business and with external partners

* Creating and refining operational procedures and business processes

* Supporting continuous improvement efforts across all areas of the business

* Taking ownership of setting up new systems, resources, or workflows to support growth

* Prioritising multiple tasks and keeping projects moving

About You:

* Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail

* A natural relationship-builder—calm, confident, and solutions-focused

* Able to manage competing priorities and multitask without losing momentum

* Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems

* Experienced in working remotely, with a home office setup ready to go

* A self-starter who learns on the job and applies common sense to problem-solving

* Familiarity with business operations, supply chains, or franchise models is a bonus

* Knowledge of corporate or structured business environments would be an advantage—but attitude and adaptability matter more
