We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join their team, covering the Midlands and South region.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience + car allowance + bonus
OTE: £70k if targets are achieved
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's client base within various industries including schools, healthcare, commercial, and others.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
