Contek Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a reputable precision engineering company, located in Tamworth, West Midlands. Due to continued success and growth, they are now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.
ABOUT THE COMPANY: The company specialises in delivering both precision machining and sub-contract machining solutions, defence project work and the design and manufacture of superior quality work-holding solutions. Founded in the UK, in 1939, they has been working with customers to turn complex ideas and concepts into solutions for over 85 years and has built an exemplary international reputation.
Our client predominantly supply the nuclear, aerospace and defence, medical, machine tool, automotive, and power generation sectors. The customer base includes blue-chip organisations such as Rolls Royce, Boeing, Siemens, and Toyota to name only a few.
WORKING HOURS: 39 hours per week - Monday to Thursday, with a 12:30pm finish on a Friday.
SALARY/PAY: £50,000 - £60,000 per year (Dependent on experience)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To act as the companys' sole Business Development Manager, promoting their on-site services on a UK-wide basis. These services are their specialist manufacture of bespoke workholding solutions, and also their specialist subcontract machining services to the Aerospace and Defence industries.
